Amsler Grid Test

This is NOT a substitute for an eye exam. If you notice distortion or missing areas, call your eye doctor.

Instructions:

  1. Wear your reading glasses if you use them
  2. Hold the grid at normal reading distance
  3. Cover one eye
  4. Look at the center dot
  5. Check if all lines are straight and all squares are the same size
  6. Repeat with other eye
